Only VA will allow for a home to be financed if the home has been moved after the manufactured placed the property. FHA, Fannie and Freddie will not allow.
YES! As long as the home is at minimum 400sq, built after 1972, never moved, had the retrofit complete and has both the paper and metal tags. the home would qualify for FHA financing.

The Process is basically the same financing a traditional home, however all M. Home Lenders require an engineers report showing the retrofit has been complete and the foundation meets minimum standards.
This means to remove the tongue and axels. Setting the foundation level and skirting the outside of the structure.
Sellers and Buyers should try and located the paper plates inside the home and the metal plate outside the home, double wide should have two of each.
